Step 1
Preheat onion to 200c
Step 2
Boil potatoes in a pan
Step 3
Saute onions and mushrooms in pan
Step 4
Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes
Step 5
Add mustard and chicken stock and simmer for 10 minutes
Step 6
Mix cornflour with water, add to pan and stir quickly
Step 7
Stir in cream cheese and ham, pour mixture into pie dish
Step 8
Cut filo pastry into squares, scrunch them and spray with cooking spray
Step 9
Place filo pastry onto pie dish, cook in over for 10 minutes
