Instructions

Prepare pudding

Step 1
In a high-powered blender (or food processor), combine drained tofu, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon, and purée until smooth.

Divide the pudding evenly among serving cups or glasses. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
