Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray oil on a springform pan and cover bottom with parchment paper.
Step 2
Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Add lemon zest
Step 3
Whisk the eggs. Add yogurt, oil, vanilla, and sugar. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Step 4
Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the top of the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes, then invert onto rack and let cool completely.
