Instructions

Step 1
Cut the fillet thin and beat it until it spreads without tearing the meat. Add a little sprinkle of black and white pepper, then add the hot dog and the sliced parmesan (thin finger style) and roll it up like a mini spring roll (and try to roll the edges to) and the insert 2 tooth picks to make it hold and cut the tooth picks edges
Step 2
In a non stick pan, add a little bit of butter and oil and add the rolled steaks and full mushrooms until they become red on all sides
Step 3
When red, add some red wine to cool the meat, and when the wine has almost evaporated, add the cooking cream and sprinkle 1 cube of maggi. When it boils, reduce the heat, cover it and let it simmer for 5 minutes. after 5 minutes if the cream has completely dried up, add some water and simmer again until we get a good consistency (not too watery and not too dry)
Step 4
Add little sprinkles of salt (or parmesan), black and white pepper, oregano and maggi
