Today is the first day of Ramadan and I’m always looking for quick ways to nourish my body while fasting during these long days. Enter this nutritious shake that will fuel my day. This is what I am going to drink first thing in the morning prior to starting my fast. This shake will keep me feeling full all day long.

Blend for at least one minute. This shake serves two people. Any leftovers can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 3 days.
