Instructions

Step 1
Heat up a large pan with the oil and soften the diced onion
Step 2
Add the meat free mince and keep stirring to prevent it sticking to the pan; cook until starting to brown
Step 3
Now add the peppers and fry for a few minutes
Step 4
Add the mixed beans, chopped tomatoes and cherry tomatoes
Step 5
Whisk the Puréety Chilli Con Carne seasoning in with the water before pouring into the pan with the mince and beans, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes
Step 6
Finish with the fresh coriander and lime juice, mix and serve
