TAMAGO SANDO ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ The chunkiest egg sandwich out there ๐Ÿคฉ Japanese yumminess below ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ ๐•€๐•Ÿ๐•˜๐•ฃ๐•–๐••๐•š๐•–๐•Ÿ๐•ฅ๐•ค (Makes 1 chunky sandwich) 2 thick slices of white bread 4 eggs 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp salt 2 tsp yakitori seasoning 1 spring onion, finely chopped 2 tsp butter 1 sheet baking paper ๐•„๐•–๐•ฅ๐•™๐• ๐•• 1. Place 4 eggs into a pan of boiling water. Cook two of the eggs for 4 1/2 minutes (then remove into a bowl of iced water), and cook the other two for a further 3 minutes (then remove into a separate bowl of iced water). Donโ€™t forget which eggs are which! 2. In a small bowl, add in the two egg yolks from the eggs that were cooked longest. Mash them up. Then, chop up the egg whites and then add them into the bowl too. Squeeze in your mayonnaise, salt, yakitori seasoning, and spring onion, combine. 3. Get your two slices of bread and butter them. 4. Gently remove the shell from the two soft boiled eggs and slice in half. Place them down along the centre of the piece of bread. 5. Cover the rest of the bread in the egg mayo mixture and then place the other slice of bread on top. 6. Wrap the sandwich in baking paper. Place in the fridge, and then serve up and enjoy!
