Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Whisk flour, baking soda, salt

beat brown sugar, mascarpone, and butter in a large bowl. add eggs one at a time and keep beating

add flour mixture, and mix until just combined. Add bananas, and vanilla and mix just until combined. Scrape batter into pre Optional: sprinkle sugar over top to add to crust

Bake bread for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
