Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180C or 350f.
Step 2
2. Line a 3lb loaf tin with baking paper.
Step 3
3. Whisk the melted butter and both sugers together until they are all combined.
Step 4
4. Add the eggs and vanilla and Whisk until combined.
Step 5
5. Add milk and Whisk till combined.
Step 6
6. Add flour, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon (optional) and salt and fold in.
Step 7
7. Mash the bananas in a separate bowl. Add the mashed bananas to the mix and fold in.
Step 8
8. Pour the mix into your loaf tin.
Step 9
9. Bake for 50 minutes until toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
