Crockpot chicken noodle soup

This chicken noodle soup is easy to make and great to come home to after a busy work day or on a cold day! You can add in other veggies like onion, peas, leek, etc.

Step 1
Preheat crockpot
Step 2
Peel and chop carrots into rounds. Cut celery into small, bite size pieces.
Step 3
Add chicken, vegetables, soup, broth, rosemary, and thyme to crockpot.
Step 4
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Step 5
About 15 minutes before chicken is done, boil a pot of water and cook egg noodles. Drain when they are done.
Step 6
Remove chicken, shred, and add back to crockpot.
Step 7
Remove rosemary/thyme.
Step 8
Add egg noodles into crockpot, stir to combine everything.
Step 9
Serve
