This recipe will only take you 15 minutes to make. You can make it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I personally like to make it for breakfast and enjoy it with my tea or coffee

Instructions
Step 1
Take 2 slices of bread of your choice.
Step 2
Add green chutney on one side of the bread and tamrin chutney on the other side of the bread.
Step 3
Add vegetable of your choice, I used tomatoes and cucumbers. I also added some chaat masala to give some some spicy and tangy flavor.
Step 4
Then, I added the grilled paneer and the sandwich is ready to go in the panini maker.
Step 5
I brushed off both sides of the bread with some ghee to get that crispy and brown texture.
Step 6
Voila! Your grilled paneer panini is ready to eat.
