Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.

Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Saute onions until translucent and caramelized.

In a large bowl, combine butter and cream cheese. Stir in whole kernel corn, creamed corn and onions. Pour into prepared dish.
Step 4
Top with fried onions or crushed Ritz crackers.
Step 5
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
