Instructions

Cheesecake Crust

Step 1
Process all of the ingredients except for the dates in the food processor until well ground.
Step 2
Add dates, little by little, while processing. The consistency should be sticky enough to be held together by hand, but still easy to break. If it is too dry, add more dates or coconut oil.
Step 3
Press the mixture into a lightly greased pan and set aside in the fridge.

Cheesecake Filling

Step 4
For the cheesecake filling, blend all ingredients until smooth and pour onto the crust, saving 1 cup of filling in the blender.
Step 5
2. Add the berry swirl ingredients to the remaining filling and blend until smooth and transfer into the squeeze bottle.

Final Preparation

Step 6
Insert drops of the berry mixture by inserting the tip of the squeeze bottle below the surface of the filling at 4-8 spots. This will create an interesting look when cutting the cheesecake.
Step 7
Drop the dots of berry mixture onto the filling.
Step 8
Flatten the surface by tapping the cake onto the table gently.
Step 9
Insert a bamboo stick or chopstick into the filling vertically, draw a circle through the middle of the dots to create little heart shapes. You can also move it around gently in circles to create your desired pattern
Step 10
Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight until set.
