Instructions

Step 1
Bash the thighs to even thickness
Step 2
Add in all the marinade ingredients with the chicken in a bowl and completely mix through
Step 3
Cover with cling film and sit for at least an hour, preferably overnight
Step 4
Cook in a griddle pan on medium heat for 5 minutes a side, or air fry at 220 for 20 minutes, or oven cook at 220 for 30 mins.
Step 5
Slice up and enjoy
