Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrot into thin strips and cut up the chives.
Step 2
Blanch the mushrooms for 1 minute. Frain, wash gently and squeeze out excess water.
Step 3
Tear larger mushrooms into bite sized pieces.
Step 4
Add the garlic oil, salt, sesame oil and pepper. Mix well.
Step 5
Heat vegetable oil over high heat. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Step 6
Stir in the perilla seed powder and the carrot.
Step 7
After a minute, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chives.
Step 8
Serve with rice and other dishes.
