Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350° F

2. Prep your ingredients. Dice the celery and bell peppers into small pieces. Mince the onion.

4. Add celery, onion, and green pepper and sauté until soft, about two minutes.

6. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
