Maqui Grape [SSC]
One of the first tricks I learned when I was looking to naturalize my diet years ago was to make frozen grapes as a healthy snack, which are quite satisfying and easy to prepare (just wash, dry, remove from the vine, and freeze). Used in smoothies, they add a granita-esque texture, create plenty of natural sweetness, and do a superb job of masking the healthy cabbage found in this superfood blend. It's especially amazing, since "you'll never taste the cabbage" is not something one gets to boast readily.
