Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 425F

In skillet, cook ground beef, drain excess grease
Step 3
Combine all other ingredients, EXCEPT cheese, put in 9x13 casserole dish to bake
Step 4
Bake covered for 25 minutes, remove foil, bake uncovered for 20 minutes
