Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add in the pan, onion and zucchini, squash cook until almost soft. add the frozen shrimp directly in the pan. Cook until soft. Add the tomato sauce. steer and cook for one minute. Add a little bit of water if it dries too much. Cut the shrimp in smaller pieces. serve with rice or pasta, or quinoa or lentils.
