Pork
Balsamic asparagus beans with mushrooms
Instructions
Step 1
Salt and pepper the pork before frying it easy in a pan. When it gets light brown, take it way from the pan.
Step 2
Brush the pork loin with mustard and season with rosemary. Put in the oven at 200 c for 15-17 minutes.
Vegetables

Slice the onion and mushrooms
Step 4
Heat up a pan and add butter. Start by frying the onions until it gets golden color.
Step 5
Then add mushrooms and fry them for 3 additional minutes. Then add the beans and season with garlic powder. Sauté for 3 minutes. Add the balsamic glaze and mix together.
Step 6
Serve with pommes noisettes or what you prefer.
