It was made quickly in 3 minutes, but it tastes like the skill of a professional. It can be made quickly without complicated roasting process, Peanut butter is added and you can enjoy it in a different taste. TIP - You can substitute 1 Tbsp of soy sauce instead of oyster sauce - Instead of peanut butter, finely grind 1Tbsp of roasted sesame seeds and put them in. Of course the taste is different.

Instructions

Step 1
Boil udon noodles and drain
Step 2
Add together soy sauce, oyster sauce, peanut butter, garlic, sugar, sesame, chili powder. Don't mix yet!
Step 3
Heat up oil in a pot. When hot, add green onions and fry for 30 seconds
Step 4
Add oil and green onion mixture to the other ingredients. Add 2 tbsp of water from boiled noodles. Mix.
Step 5
Add noodles and coat sauce
