Instructions
Step 1
Wash Rice and start boiling water.
Step 2
Chop ginger, scallions, and cilantro.
Step 3
Prep chicken by cutting it in to slices, then massage in oyster sauce, corn starch, 0.50 Tsp bouillon, and 2 tbsp water.
Step 4
When water is boiling, pour in rice and stir once or twice. Let sit partially covered for 25 min on medium heat.
Step 5
After 25 min, whisk rice vigorously for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Turn to high heat and add chicken, ginger, cilantro, and scallions.
Step 7
Garnish with additional cilantro or scallions.
