I will be celebrating National Kale Day today with not only a yummy homemade cracker but with a GIANT homemade cracker with a spinach artichoke dip that has kale in it!
This spinach artichoke dip from FIELD + FARMER is a non-dairy, chemical-free take on the old classic, made with creamy cannellini beans and kale!

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350F

Into a large mixing bowl add 1.5 cups flour, 2 Tbsp olive oil, and a pinch of salt. With a fork to mix, slowly drizzle a half cup of water into the flour until it forms a dough.

Take the dough out of the bowl and knead it for 2 minutes onto a work surface.
Step 4
Place the dough into a bowl with a splash of olive oil. Cover the bowl and leave it to rest for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Pour 1 Tbsp of olive oil into a baking tray and spread the oil all over the pan. Place the dough into the pan and begin to stretch out the dough until it covers the entire pan.

Step 6
Sprinkle 2 Tbsp of garlic powder all over the dough. Next, sprinkle about 1 tbsp of flaky salt. Then sprinkle 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds and 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds. Use your hands to press the seasoning and seeds into the dough.
Step 7
Put the dough into the oven for 25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Step 8
Allow to cool before diving in. DIG IN!
