Instructions
Step 1
Poke a few holes in the pork belly.
Step 2
Marinate with oyster sauce, light soya sauce, honey, Chinese cooking wine, minced ginger and 5 spice powder.

Leave it for a few hours.
Step 4
Air fry at 190 degrees celcius for 12 minutes on each side. If you like it to be crispier, air fry for a few more minutes.
Step 5
To prepare the broccoli and mushroom side, first blanch broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Drain water.
Step 7
In a pan, sautéed some minced garlic.
Step 8
Add mushrooms and stir fry until cooked.
Step 9
Add cooked broccoli.
Step 10
Add oyster sauce, mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
Step 11
Cook egg in boiling water for 4 minutes for a runny yolk.
Step 12
Assemble all together and serve.
