Simple Stir Fry

Had left over ingredients from hotpot night. I usually take the thin sliced meat and vegetables to make a nice stir fry thats fast and easy. This is a very light dish and you can use any vegetable or meat you want.

Instructions

Step 1
1. Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sambal, black pepper and reserve

2. Add oil to a pan

3. Once begins to smoke, add in thin sliced pork belly

4. Stir fry until it begins to brown and slightly crisp up

5. Remove and set aside

6. Add additional oil as needed

7. One it begins to smoke, add sliced garlic and bok choy

8. Sauté until garic becomes golden and bok choy shrinks by a third in size
Step 9
9. Add back in the pork belly

10. Add sauce blend from step 1

11. Add corn starch slurry
Step 12
12. Stir fry until sauce thickens and ingredients incorporate
