Pork and Zucchini Mixed Vegetable Stir-fry
Mixed vegetable stir fry with pork. Substitute pork with chicken or tofu will taste just as great. Please adjust condiment levels according to likings/preference.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut zucchini, bell peppers, onion, and mushroom into small pieces. (将西葫芦、彩椒、洋葱和蘑菇切成小块。)
Step 2
Cut pork into small pieces. Mix pork with cooking wine and ginger to minimize earthy flavor (将猪肉切成小块,加入料酒和姜去除土腥味。)
Step 3
Heat frying pan over medium high heat, and add avocado oil. Add pork to the pan, and stir fry till it turns golden color. Remove chicken from heat and set aside.(起锅烧油,将猪肉炒至变色捞出备用。)
Step 4
Heat frying pan over medium high heat, and add avocado oil. Add minced garlic, zucchini, onion, bell peppers, and mushroom to the pan. Stir frying for 2-3 minutes in between adding more contents to the pan. (另起锅烧油,加入西葫芦、蒜末、洋葱、彩椒和蘑菇。依此加入食材之间翻炒1-2分钟。)
Step 5
Add cooked pork in step 3 back to the pan and stir all contents for 5 minutes. Add black pepper, salt, basil, parsley, and garlic powder to the mix. Stir for all contents for 1 minute and it’s ready! (所有蔬菜翻炒均匀后加入炒好的猪肉,翻炒5分钟。加入黑胡椒、盐、欧芹、罗勒叶和蒜粉调味。搅拌均匀后即可出锅。)
