Instructions
Step 1
Mix the egg, eggs white and panela, and whisk them.
Step 2
Sift the oat flour and pour in the mixture.
Step 3
Pour the almond flour, stevia and baking powder, and whisk them.
Step 4
Grind the banana and add it to the mixture, and whisk.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to the mold.
Step 6
Add pieces of chocolate and bake the cupcakes for about 15 minutes to 200°.
