Instructions

Step 1
Heat up the milk just so it's warm. Then pour in the yeast and sugar in the milk. Let rest for 10 minutes.

Take another bowl and add the flour, sugar, salt, butter and the egg.

Last you add the yeast mix.

Mix the dough for about 10 minutes with a kitchen assistant and 15 by hand.

Put the dough in an oiled bowl and let rise for about an hour somewhere warm.

When the dough is done, cut it in half. This recipe is for 2 loaves, which is 8 rolls.
Then you flatten it out and cut it into 4 stripes. You fold it in on both sides like this:

Then roll the stripes together to little rolls and place 4 of them in a baking tin of some kind.

Let rest for 30 minutes and then make the eggwash. Brush the eggwash over the top of the rolls.

Put in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
