Step 1
Marinate chicken thighs for few hours.

ginger juice¾ Tbsp
salt¾ tsp
sugar½ tsp
chicken stock granules½ Tbsp
Step 2
Combine batter ingredients in a bowl and add just enough water to mix.

Step 3
Dip chicken in batter then into beaten egg and coat with cereal but one side of the chicken only.

Deep fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain from oil then chop chicken into serving pieces and serve immediately with chili sauce.
