Instructions

Step 1
Place chicken in a pot cover with water, add bullion and bring to a boil until cooked.
Step 2
While chicken is cooking, chop broccoli.
Step 3
Remove chicken from pot and shred.
Step 4
Cook chopped broccoli in water, boil about 5 minutes until tender. Remove broccoli from pot.
Step 5
Spray a 9 x13 pan. Layer broccoli and chicken in pan.
Step 6
Combine soup, mayo, curry, lemon, half of the cheddar and half of the parmesan.
Step 7
Pour over chicken and broccoli.
Step 8
Top with breadcrumbs and remaining cheese.
Step 9
Bake 350 for 20 to 30 minutes
