Step 1
Saute garlic and oil until fragrant.

2. Add in ground beef and let cook until fully cooked.

3. Stir in starch in the skillet to thicken the meat mixture.

4. Add in tomato sauce, white wine vinegar, both mustards, and spices.
Step 5
5. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.

6. Serve on a bun (I used Trader Joe’s brioche bun) or on a bed of lettuce!
