Instructions
Step 1
Shred rabbit meat, small dice the onions, celery and thin slice the carrots into disks, medium dice potatoes with skin on, smash tomatoes with skin on (large dice first if desired)
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in large soup pot and bring to a rolling boil
Step 3
Turn heat down and slow cook for 1-2 hours until carrots are tender
Step 4
You may need more or less seasoning, season to preference
