1 headNapa Cabbage
or Chinese, sliced very thin
French breakfast Radishes
scallions
Peas
pre cooked and chilled
Asparagus
lightly cooked and chilled
Onions crisps
Creamy Feta Dressing
or Blue Cheese Dressing
Bacon
Crispy, optional
Instructions
Step 1
Slice Napa cabbage very thin
Step 2
Slice radishes, asparagus and scallions into small pieces
Step 3
Combine cabbage, radishes, asparagus, scallions and peas. Add feta dressing to evenly coat the vegetables. Top with crispy onions.
Step 4
If adding bacon, roughly chop and add to the top
