Step 1
Thinly slice green onions separating tops from whites. Mix pork bread crumbs and italian seasoning then form into 10 meatballs. Cook meatballs in frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil until browned. Cook orzo pasta. Chop onions and garlic. Add all vegetables to meatballs saute stirring frequently. Until softened add vinegar for 30 seconds at tomato paste and 1 cup of water cook until slightly thickened 4 to 5 min salt and pepper to taste. Serve meatballs and sauce over pasta garnish with green onions and Parmesan.
