Instructions
Step 1
Dry fry the cubed paneer. Separately defrost the frozen spinach in a pan so that most of the water is evaporated.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan with a small amount of flora. Once golden add the paneer to the onion, garlic and spinach and mix well. Season to taste and add the tomato purée.
Step 3
Stir well, cover and leave to simmer for 20-25 minutes until all the flavours are cooked through and all the water has gone.
