Sätt ugnen på 200 grader. Vänd runt kycklingen med soja och vitlökspulver. Lägg på en plåt med bakplåtspapper.

Step 2
Skär löken i klyftor, morötterna i tunna stavar och broccolin i buketter. Vänd runt med olja, timjan och vitlök. Lägg bredvid kycklingen.

Skär potatisen i klyftor, vänd runt i olja och ställ med skalsidan mot plåten bredvid grönsakerna. Salta allt och rosta mitt i ugnen ca 30 min.
