Instructions

Step 1
Wrap a bacon medallion around the middle of each chicken breast and secure with a cocktail stick
Step 2
Put all ingredients (except the cheese) in the slow cooker and stir well. Place the chicken on top and put the lid on. Set the slow cooker on high for 2 1/2-3 hours or on low if cooking all day
Step 3
When chicken is cooked take out of the slow cooker and set aside. Blitz the sauce
Step 4
Place the cooked chicken in an overproof dish and remove the cocktail sticks. Pour the sauce over the chicken and scatter the cheese, dividing it equally among the chicken. Place under a grill until the cheese is melted
