Step 1
preheat oven to 350°

Step 2
microwave tortillas for about 30 seconds to warm them
Step 3
add in sauce to cover bottom of each bowl
Step 4
layer in tortilla, pork, then cheese
Step 5
repeat layering starting with sauce again
Step 6
sprinkle cojita cheese over each bowl
Step 7
bake in over for 30 minutes or until heated through
Step 8
sprinkle cilantro over each bowl
