Ingredients
0 servings
1 bagfrozen tortellini
1 bagfrozen veggie mix
I like broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, but you could really use any kind ya like
1can diced tomatoes
I used Italian style
1can chicken
You can use chicken breasts as well just make sure to dice and cook it first, then continue with the recipe as is
1 jarAlfredo sauce
I prefer Bertolli, but I also usually get what's on sale!)
Instructions
Step 1
If you're using chicken breasts instead of the canned chicken, throw a table spoon of olive oil in a 12 in deep skillet or Dutch oven. Dice 1 pound chicken breasts and brown in skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
If you're using canned chicken, spray pan with cooking spray, add frozen veggies and canned tomatoes. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until veggies are mostly done.
Step 3
Add the frozen tortellini and Alfredo sauce, continue to cook for another 3 to 5 mins, until the veggies are done and the tortellini is your desired tenderness.
Step 4
Top with some shredded mozzarella or parmesan cheese. Serve with garlic bread (because...garlic bread!!)
