Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl add 20 digestive biscuits and break up until fine.
Step 2
Add 4 tablespoons of muscovado sugar to the bowl and stir.
Step 3
Melt 85g sugar and add to the bowl and stir until the mixture is coated.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a tin & press down to form your base and put in the fridge to chill.
Step 5
In a bowl add the tin of condensed milk, 400g soft cheese, 250ml double cream and the huge from 4 lemons and whisk until thick.
Step 6
Once thickened spoon the mixture on top of your base and put back in the fridge to chill, preferably overnight.
