Instructions
Step 1
Grind the brown rice in a high-powered blender or coffee grinder to a fine meal.
Step 2
It should be a little coarser than rice flour.
Step 3
Transfer it to a small pot along with the water and sea salt; whisk together well and set over high heat
Step 4
Bring to a boil, whisking continuously then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer, whisking occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 5
Serve.
