If you don't have chickpea flour put 7 spoons of corn starch. This recipe is gf and can be vegan if you use vegan greek yogurt and feta cheese.

Instructions

For the falafel

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Step 2
Make small balls and put them in a tray with baking paper (to make the balls is easier if you put some oil in your hands prior to that to avoid getting sticky hands)
Step 3
Put it in a pre heated oven for 20 min at 190 degrees.
Step 4
Turn them and leave 5 more min

For the yogurt sauce

Step 5
Mix all the ingredients with a blender

For the sandwich

Step 6
Heat the pita bread a bit in the oven
Step 7
Chop the other ingredients and mount it with the sauce
Step 8
Enjoy!
