Tofu wraps

Tofu wraps 🤩 . These are really quick and easy to make. They also taste pretty darn good, too! . Add to a food processor or blender: . 🔹tofu (or chicken if you're not a fan) 🔹1 x tin of chickpeas 🔹1 tsp ground cumin 🔹1 tsp ground coriander 🔹1 tbsp tahini or peanut butter 🔹small amount of olive oil 🔹wraps . Blend together. . 🔹make into falafels 🔹bake in the oven for 30 mins @ 180 . Add your favourite veggies and mayo. . Want to know more about how to put meals together that work for you? . Instructions

Step 1
Add the tofu (or chicken if you're not a fan), chickpeas (drained), ground cumin, ground coriander, 1 tbsp tahini or peanut butter and blitz until everything is combined.
Step 2
Add a small amount of olive oil to the mixture in your blender until it becomes sticky enough to combine. Approx. 20-30 grams of oil should be plenty
Step 3
Spray a tray with greaseproof with fry light to stop the tofu falafels from sticking. Create small round balls approximately 5cm in diameter and place on your baking tray.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes @ 180 degrees C
