Step 1
Heat a medium saucepan to medium-high heat, combine all sauce ingredients, and ground beef.

Cook the beef until the beef is no longer pink for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add chopped tomato, and cook another minute.
Step 4
Put rice in a bowl, pour beef/tomato over the rice. Garnish green onions.
