Step 1
Heat a pan of water until boiling, add the rice and cook for 15 minutes at a simmer until soft. 4 minutes until done add the pak choi.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a hot frying pan and add the steak and white pepper to taste.

Cook for around 5 minutes until browned, and add the teriyaki sauce. Heat through.

Once the rice and pak choi are cooked, drain and serve. Add the steak and sauce and drizzle with soy sauce.
