Instructions

Step 1
Preheat grill to medium high, about 450°
Step 2
Brush romaine halves evenly with oil. Place lettuce cut sides down on grates and grill for 1.5 minutes
Step 3
Turn the lettuce, grill until lightly charred, about another 1.5 minutes. Remove from grill
Step 4
Stir together water and dressing ingredients until sugar dissolves. Drizzle over top
Step 5
Top with cheese and cilantro
