Healthy Samoas
7 steps
Prep:10minCook:30min
I got tired of waiting for Girl Scout cookie season sooooo I made my own (but made it healthy and with only 3 ingredients!) Since it’s made out of bananas, it’s not quite as crunchy as the real deal, but it’s still real yummy 😋

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350ºF
Step 2
Peel two bananas and put them in a bowl. Mash to get rid of all the chunks. Add in 1.5 cups of coconut flakes and mix together.
Step 3
Take a spoonful of the mixture at a time, and flatten on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Use your finger (or the end of a spoon if you don't like getting your hands dirty) to make a hole in the center of the cookie.
Step 4
Bake at 350ºF for 20-30 minutes (until golden)
Step 5
Meanwhile, melt around 8 cubes of TJ's pound plus dark chocolate using steam from boiling water. Take a small pot of water and put on the stovetop on high heat until boiling. Place an oven-safe bowl with the 8 cubes of chocolate inside as a lid to the pot. Stir until the chocolate melts from the heat.
Step 6
When the cookies are done and the chocolate is melted, use a spoon to drizzle chocolate over the cookies.
Step 7
Let it sit until the chocolate dries up (or if you're impatient like me, freeze it for 10 minutes).
