Instructions
Step 1
mix agave syrup with soy sauce, sriracha and rice vinegar, crush the garlic and mix it thoroughly – this will be the glaze for the tofu






Step 2
cut the tofu into 2-3 cm cubes and roll them in rice flour




Step 3
fry the tofu covered with flour on a dry hot pan constantly turning from side to side until golden brown (about 1 minute)


Step 4
pour over the glaze and turn the cubes over several times so that they are covered with it
Step 5
sprinkle with cut chives and sesame seeds
