Step 1
Dans une poêle, couper l'oignon en petits morceaux et rajouter les carottes et courgettes après les avoir rapés. Rajouter l'huile d'olive et les épices puis mettre sur feu moyen 15 à 25 min jusqu'à ce que les légumes soits cuits.

Step 2
Rajouter la viande hachée et les champignons coupés en petits morceaux puis laisser cuire 10min.

Une fois le mélange cuit rajouter le reste des ingrédients et mélanger.
