Instructions

Step 1
Sauté white onion until see-through

Add garlic, cook for 30 secs or until fragrant

Add celery and carrots, cook for 3.5 minutes or until soft

Add chicken broth

Add salt and pepper

Put whole breast in, cover and cook for 25 minutes or until breast is done. Shred breast and add back to soup

Remove bay leaves

Pour in gnocchi and cook until they float
